World Information : Lego Braille Bricks 🧱

Updated: Feb 12

Danish toy maker Lego recently announced that their company will be releasing their new “Lego Braille Bricks” in English and French.

The Lego Braille Bricks are designed to help blind or partially sighted individuals learn to read letters and numbers by touch.

They are shaped like normal Lego blocks, but have studs corresponding to the Braille version of letters and numbers.

Lego is a company originally founded in Denmark by Ole Kirk Christiansen, a carpenter who began making wooden toys in the 1930’s.
